Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to buy or use TableWatch. If you're buying for a business, you confirm you're allowed to. By using the site or buying a report, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

TableWatch asks ChatGPT and Gemini the kinds of questions locals ask about places like yours, saves their answers, and puts them in a dated report. A report can include the businesses each engine named and the order it named them in, the sources it cited, screenshots of your public web pages, and suggested changes.

A few things to know about those answers:

• We get them through OpenAI's and Google's APIs, so they can differ from what someone sees in the ChatGPT or Gemini apps.
• They change with the question, the date, the model, the location and the settings.
• If someone asked us the same question with the same settings earlier the same day, we may reuse that saved answer. Each report shows the date of its check.
• The order an engine named places in isn't an official ranking. Being named doesn't prove customers came to you, and being left out doesn't prove you lost any.

TableWatch isn't affiliated with OpenAI, Google, or the businesses named in its results.

We don't promise any ranking, recommendation, traffic, customers or sales, either before or after you follow our suggestions. Please check business facts before you change anything. The report isn't legal, financial or food-safety advice.

We save each engine's answer exactly as it was given, along with the sources it cited when there were any. Sometimes an engine names a place that's closed, far away or wrongly described. When we can't confirm that a pick is open and nearby, we label it and never change what the engine said. We do our best to get the facts right, but AI answers, sources and website findings can be incomplete or wrong. Our website findings cover only the pages we were able to load.

The full report is a one-time purchase of $29, plus any tax shown at checkout. There's no subscription and no recurring charge. The price and offer shown when you order apply to that purchase.

Includes a second run one month after your purchase, so you can see what changed. A second run shows what the engines say on that date and doesn't promise different or better results.

Free reports follow the offer that came with them, and they never lead to a charge.

We email you when your report is ready. You can open it on our site, and a PDF is included. Use the email address you paid with to sign in. Anyone you share a report link with can open that report, so treat the link like a key.

All sales are final, and we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If your report doesn't arrive or comes out broken, we'll fix it or run it again. Just email jason@tablewatch.site. An answer you don't like isn't a defect.

Give us accurate information, and don't enter passwords, card numbers or confidential personal information into report forms. Keep your sign-in and email account secure, and tell us if you think someone else got in. Whether to use our suggestions is up to you. We don't edit your website or listings unless you hire us separately and give us permission.

You can use and share your report for your own business. Please don't resell it, try to get into parts of the site you aren't meant to, get around access controls, overload or scrape the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access when needed to stop misuse, and we'll tell you when we can. Doing so doesn't cancel what we owe you for a paid report we haven't delivered.

You keep the rights to what you give us, and you let us and our service providers use it to run TableWatch. The site, our software and the report design belong to us. The engines' answers, and any quoted sources, logos or linked material, belong to whoever owns them. We quote them so you can see exactly what was said.

Some TableWatch pages show what ChatGPT and Gemini said about a specific business. They use public business information and saved answers, and anyone with the link can open them without signing in. A page about a business doesn't mean that business is a customer or endorses us. If one is about your business and you want it corrected or taken down, email jason@tablewatch.site. We never publish your account details, payment information or paid report without your permission.

We rely on outside companies for AI answers, search, hosting, sign-in, payments and email. We'll fix problems on our side quickly, but we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

The report is provided "as is," for information only. It shows what ChatGPT and Gemini said on the dates we checked, and those answers change. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the report, which is $29. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost sales. These limits don't apply to fraud or willful misconduct, or where the law doesn't allow them.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases, and we'll change the date at the top when we do. A change never takes away something you already paid for.

Please email us first so we can try to sort it out. California law governs these terms. Any court case will be heard in the state or federal courts in Alameda County, California, unless the law requires a different venue. There's no arbitration requirement, and these terms don't waive any rights that the law says can't be waived.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
